博弈论视角下城中村的演变及对策
The Evolution and Countermeasures of Urban Village from the Perspective of Game Theory

城中村是中国特有的城市发展景观，它的形成与发展由多样的社会制度文化因素推动，如城乡二元管理体制和城市扩张等，但随着我国发展进入新的历史阶段，城中村的治理难度也大幅上升，需要用动态、辩证的思维方式审视当下的城中村问题。因此，本文基于博弈论和产权理论视角，通过定性理论分析总结出城中村的形成以及演变是社会制度、城市发展、民风民俗等多方博弈的结果，具有博弈性的特征，而不是简单的影响因素组合。同时，本文从制度、城市发展、民风民俗等视角出发，为城中村的管理及改善提出明晰产权等相关建议，为我国城中村的治理注入博弈视角的考量。
Urban villages are a unique urban development landscape in China, whose formation and development are driven by various social institution and cultural factors, such as the urban-rural dual management system and urban expansion. However, as China enters a new historical stage of development, the difficulty of governance of urban villages has also increased significantly, and it is necessary to examine the current issue of urban villages with a dynamic and dialectical way of thinking. Therefore, based on the perspective of game theory and property rights theory, this article summarizes through qualitative theoretical analysis that the formation and evolution of villages in cities is the result of multiple games involving social systems, urban development, folk customs, and other factors. It has the characteristics of a game rather than a simple combination of influenc-ing factors. At the same time, from the perspective of system, urban development, folk customs, and other aspects, this article proposes relevant suggestions for the management and improvement of urban villages, such as clarifying property rights, and injects a game perspective into the governance of urban villages in China.
