网络心理视域下网络舆情的应对
The Response of Network Public Opinion from the Perspective of Network Psychology

社会心理与网络舆情有着密切的联系，舆论作为社会某群体所具有的一种心理现象，是社会心理的重要组成部分。网络技术的发展、网络社会的复杂化导致网络心理呈现盲目从众、娱乐消遣心理占据舆论场，加剧了网络心理治理的风险。应着力于对当前网络心理以及网络舆情的审视，梳理社会心理学视野下网络舆情产生的因素，提出网络舆情处理和应对的措施，加强网络舆情的合理预判和有效统筹。
Social psychology and network public opinion is closely related. Public opinion as a social group has a psychological phenomenon, and is an important part of social psychology. The development of network technology and the complexity of network society lead to the blind conformity of network psychology and the occupation of entertainment psychology in the field of public opinion, which intensifies the risk of network psychological governance. We should focus on the review of the current network psychology and online public opinion, sort out the factors of online public opinion from the perspective of social psychology, put forward the treatment and countermeasures of online public opinion, and strengthen the reasonable prediction and effective coordination of online public opinion.
