Abstract:

目的:本研究旨在观察Teach-back法在老年COPD患者抗阻训练健康宣教中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月至2022年8月泰兴市人民医院收治的90例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,2021年8~2022年1月住院患者45例为对照组,2022年2月~8月住院患者45例为实验组。对照组患者予以常规抗阻训练指导,实验组对患者实施Teach-back法对其进行抗阻训练宣教。对两组患者的入院前、出院时及干预三个月后患者的肺功能、生活质量、抗阻训练依从性及健康素养的情况进行对比分析。结果:经统计发现,实验组在实施Teach-back法后患者的肺功能显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);实验组的生活质量显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);实验组的锻炼依从性明显高于对照组(P < 0.05);实验组的健康素养明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:在老年COPD患者抗阻训练健康宣教中应用Teach-back法对其进行干预能够增强患者的肺功能、锻炼依从性、提升生活质量以及强化其健康素养。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of the Teach-back method in the health education of resistance training in elderly COPD patients, and to evaluate its effect on pul-monary rehabilitation in elderly COPD patients. Methods: A total of 90 elderly COPD patients ad-mitted to Taixing City People’s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the re-search subjects, 45 inpatients from August 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the control group, and 45 inpatients from February to August 2022 were selected as the experimental group. The pa-tients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and the patients in the experimental group were given the Teach-back method. The pulmonary function, quality of life, exercise compli-ance and health literacy of the two groups of patients before admission, at discharge and after three months of intervention were compared and analyzed. Results: The statistics showed that the lung function of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after im-plementing the Teach-back method (P < 0.05); the quality of life of the experimental group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the exercise compliance of the experi-mental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the health literacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclu-sion: The use of Teach-back method in the health education of resistance training in elderly COPD patients can enhance the patients’ lung function, exercise compliance, improve their quality of life and strengthen their health literacy.
