老年高血压患者服药依从性研究进展

Abstract:
老年高血压患者血压控制不佳常并发各种心脑血管并发症,增加了再入院率和死亡率,已成为全球重大的公共卫生问题,给患者及社会带来了沉重的经济负担。研究显示血压控制率与服药依从性密切相关,然而,老年高血压患者由于年龄、文化程度、经济收入等综合因素服药依从性欠佳,对自身疾病预后产生了极大威胁。故本研究将通过回顾性分析相关文献研究对老年高血压患者服药依从性现状及影响因素、提高服药依从性干预方法进行综述。
Poorly controlled blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients is often associated with various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, increasing readmission rates and mortality, and has become a major public health problem worldwide, imposing a heavy economic burden on pa-tients and society. Studies have shown that blood pressure control rate is closely related to medica-tion adherence, however, elderly patients with hypertension have poor medication adherence due to a combination of factors such as age, literacy and economic income, which poses a great threat to their disease prognosis. Therefore, this study will review the current status of medication adher-ence in elderly patients with hypertension, the factors that influence it, and the intervention meth-ods to improve it through a retrospective analysis of the relevant literature.
