乡村振兴视域下乡村公共法律服务的建设研究
Research on the Construction of Rural Public Legal Services from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

乡村公共法律服务是实现全面依法治国的基层实践，也是新时代化解乡村矛盾的有力抓手。完善乡村公共法律服务有利于推动法治乡村建设、促进乡村公平正义、维护乡村和谐稳定、助力乡村全面振兴。当前，我国乡村公共法律服务面临着公共法律服务资源较为稀缺、公共法律服务队伍亟待加强、公共法律服务制度有待完善、公共法律服务资金保障不足等现实困境。因此，乡村公共法律服务应以乡村实际需求为出发点，从法律资源、专业人才、制度机制、资金保障等方面探索完善路径，以期助推新时代法治乡村的优质发展，为乡村振兴增效赋能。
Rural public legal services are the grassroots practice of comprehensively governing the country according to law, and it is also a powerful starting point for resolving rural contradictions in the new era. Improving rural public legal services is conducive to promoting the construction of rural areas under the rule of law, promoting rural fairness and justice, maintaining rural harmony and stability, and helping the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. At present, China’s rural public legal services are facing practical difficulties such as the scarcity of public legal service resources, the urgent need to strengthen the public legal service team, the urgent need to improve the public legal service system, and the insufficient guarantee of public legal service funds. Therefore, rural public legal services should take the actual needs of rural areas as the starting point, and explore and improve paths from the aspects of legal resources, professional talents, institutional mechanisms, and capital guarantees, so as to promote the high-quality development of rural villages under the rule of law in the new era and empower rural revitalization and efficiency.
