Abstract:

糖尿病患者易出现急、慢性并发症,糖尿病足是最常见的慢性并发症之一,因其高复发率、高致残率、高死亡率、高复发率、高昂花费的临床特点,也成为最令人恐惧的慢性并发症之一,不仅严重影响人们的生活质量,造成巨大的心理压力,并且占据了大量的公共卫生资源,给医疗卫生系统带来了巨大的挑战。PLR、NLR、LMR是由常规的全血细胞计数计算得出的一类廉价且易获得的结果,许多学者已经将其作为一类新的炎症标志物进行相关疾病的研究。尽早评估糖尿病足患者的病情,能够协助医务人员更好地进行及时准确干预。本文就近年来糖尿病足的研究进展及PLR、NLR、LMR与糖尿病并发症的相关性研究进展进行综述,旨在为进一步探索PLR、NLR、LMR与糖尿病足的相关性提供理论支持。
Diabetic patients are prone to acute and chronic complications. Diabetic foot is one of the most common chronic complications. Due to its clinical characteristics of high recurrence rate, high disa-bility rate, high mortality rate, high recurrence rate and high cost, diabetic foot has also become one of the most feared chronic complications. It not only seriously affects people’s quality of life, but also causes great psychological pressure, occupies a large number of public health resources, and to the health system has brought a huge challenge. PLR, NLR and LMR are a kind of cheap and easily available results obtained by routine complete blood count calculation, and many scholars have used them as a new kind of inflammatory markers for the study of related diseases. Early assess-ment of diabetic foot patients can help medical staff to better timely and accurate intervention. This paper reviews the recent research progress of diabetic foot and the research progress of the corre-lation between PLR, NLR, LMR and diabetic complications, aiming to provide theoretical support for further exploration of the correlation between PLR, NLR, LMR and diabetic foot.
