前列腺增生激光剜除术现状

Abstract:
数十年来,经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)被认为是治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)手术的“金标准”。越来越多的文献表明,激光剜除技术以其独特的优势逐渐将取代经尿道前列腺电切术,并在临床中得到了广泛应用。我们回顾了关于前列腺增生外科手术治疗的各种文献,并对其进行了分析和整理。越来越多的文献表明,激光剜除术是治疗前列腺增生症安全有效的方法,各种类型的激光也各有其独特优势。总之目前激光剜除术已经成为了行之有效的方法,并逐渐成为良性前列腺增生外科手术的金标准。
For decades, transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) was considered the “gold standard” surgical treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). More and more literature shows that laser enu-cleation technology will gradually replace transurethral resection of the prostate with its unique advantages, and has been widely used in clinical practice. We reviewed, analyzed and collated the various literatures on the surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. More and more liter-ature has shown that laser enucleation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, and various types of lasers have their own unique advantages. In short, laser enucleation has become an effective method, and gradually become the gold standard of benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery.
