双一流建设特别强调高等教育的国际化发展，研究生教育位于高等教育的顶端，肩负着培养拔尖创新人才与发展创新科学技术的重要使命，是建设高等教育强国的重要组成部分。通过大规模的国际化培养，塑造我国高校研究生教育的新模式，是支撑我国高校加快建设“双一流”的关键环节。文章通过研究“双一流”背景下研究生教育国际化的背景和意义，分析了研究生教育国际化的现状，归纳总结了研究生教育国际化在培养目标与培养模式等方面存在的问题，提出了研究生教育国际化的改革措施，希望通过我们的探索和研究为大家进一步优化“双一流”背景下研究生教育国际化培养模式、完善研究生教育国际化培养体系提供一些有价值的参考。
The construction of “Double First-Class” places special emphasis on the international development of higher education. Postgraduate education is at the top of higher education, shouldering the important mission of cultivating top-notch innovative talents and developing innovative science and technology, and is an important part of building a powerful country of higher education. Through large-scale international training, shaping a new mode of graduate education in China’s universities is a key link to support China’s universities to accelerate the construction of “double first-class”. This paper studies the background and significance of the internationalization of postgraduate education under the background of “double first-class”, analyzes the current situation of the internationalization of postgraduate education, summarizes the problems in the aspects of training objectives and training modes, and puts forward reform measures for the internationalization of postgraduate education, Through our exploration and research, we hope to provide some valuable references for further optimizing the international training mode of postgraduate education under the background of “double first-class” and improving the international training system of postgraduate education.
