Multi-Level Structure and Logical Explanation of Influencing Factors of Chinese College Students’ Volunteer Service

目的：构建我国高校环境中大学生志愿服务参与度的解释结构模型，为社会志愿服务组织的相关决策提供参考。方法：利用文献梳理和德尔菲法找出大学生志愿服务参与度的影响因素，利用解释结构模型对影响因素进行层级划分，构建我国大学生志愿服务参与度的解释结构模型。结果：建立了包含15个要素、7个层级的递阶结构模型，其中志愿活动的知名度与志愿活动对就业的帮助等是表层直接因素，大学生对志愿者的权益认知程度与家庭经济情况等是中间层间接因素，劳动育人体系以及社会主义核心价值观的驱动是深层根本因素。结论：大学生志愿服务参与度主要由15个因素决定，各个因素之间相互促进、或单向促进、或双向抑制。
Objective: To construct the explanatory structure model of college students’ participation in vo-lunteer service in Chinese college environment, to provide reference for the relevant decision-making of social volunteer service organization. Methods: The influencing factors of college students’ participation in volunteer service were found out by literature combing and Delphi method, and the influencing factors were divided by the explanatory structure model to construct the explanatory structure model of Chinese college students’ participation in volunteer service. Results: A hierarchical structure model with 15 elements and 7 levels was established, among which the direct factors were the popularity of volunteer activities and the help of volunteer activities to employment, the indirect factors were the middle level, and the labor education system and the drive of socialist core values were the deep fundamental factors. Conclusion: The participation of college students in volunteer service is mainly determined by 15 factors, which promote each other, promote one-way or inhibit two-way.
