乡村振兴视域下促进大学生农村就业创业路径研究
Research on the Path to Promote College Students’ Rural Employment and Entrepreneurship from the Perspectiveof Rural Revitalization

人才是乡村发展建设中的重要先导，实施乡村振兴战略必须打造一支强大的乡村振兴人才队伍，以一定质量、足够数量的多元化人才做支撑。近年来，在新冠疫情和高校扩招的双重影响下，我国城市就业市场趋于饱和，大学生城市就业承受了前所未有的压力，而乡村基层却面临着缺少人才的窘境。本文通过推拉理论对大学生返乡就业创业的推力和拉力进行分析，提出促进大学生农村就业创业的对策和建议。
Talent is an important precursor in rural development and construction. To implement the strategy of rural revitalization, we must build a strong team of rural revitalization talents, supported by a certain quality and sufficient number of diversified talents. In recent years, under the dual influence of the COVID-19 and the expansion of college enrollment, China’s urban employment market has become saturated, and urban employment of college students has been under unprecedented pressure, while rural grassroots are facing the dilemma of lack of talents. This paper analyzes the push and pull force of college students’ return home employment and entrepreneurship through push and pull theory, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote college students’ rural employment and entrepreneurship.
