Promoting Scientific Research Integrity in Colleges and Universities Affiliated with Xi’an City: Methods and Approaches for Enhancing Effectiveness

在从事科学研究活动时，科研诚信是一项很重要的道德规范。面临学术不端的问题和科技发展的实际需要，重建科研诚信保障机制势在必行。本文对科研诚信保障机制的含义和组成因素进行了较为全面的论述，同时还对目前在西安市属高校中科研诚信保障机制的现状和问题进行了剖析，将研究的主要问题归结为科研诚信保障机制中出现的问题，并针对所存在的问题给出改进的措施。
In scientific research activities, scientific research integrity is a very important moral code. In the face of the vicious circle of academic misconduct and the actual needs of scientific and technological development, it is imperative to rebuild the scientific research integrity guarantee mechanism. In this paper, the meaning and component factors of the scientific research integrity protection mechanism are discussed in a more comprehensive way. At the same time, the status quo and problems of the scientific research integrity protection mechanism in domestic universities are analyzed. The main problems of the research are attributed to the existing problems in the scientific research integrity protection mechanism, and the improvement measures are given for the existing problems.
