EPC模式下新建图书馆项目风险管理研究

在EPC总承办工程项目模式下，企业获得的政策和资金、资源支持较多，但从实际工程情况来看，在此模式下也存在一定的项目风险，所以总承包企业对于风险防范能力的强弱将直接影响到整个工程项目安全性。为此，文章首先本文围绕EPC模式下的新建图书馆项目展开研究，首先对EPC模式进行了简要介绍，其次对新建图书馆项目的优势进行了总结，然后把遇到的风险进行归纳、分析和总结，整理适用的应对方式，提出该如何对项目进行把控。
In the EPC general contracting engineering project mode, the enterprise receives a lot of policy, funding, and resource support.
