PPP项目自身特殊性，决定了在风险管理的质量上要求更高。生物免疫系统是主动的、动态的、自适应的，这些特点是传统风险管理系统所欠缺的。因此，在介绍了生物免疫系统中免疫作用机制后，通过生物免疫系统与风险管理系统间的类比来研究PPP项目风险免疫机制，以期为风险管理提供新思路。
The particularity of PPP projects determines that the quality of risk management is more demanding. The biological immune system is proactive, dynamic, and adaptive, characteristics that traditional risk management systems lack. Therefore, after introducing the immune mechanism in the biological immune system, the risk immunity mechanism of PPP projects is studied by analogy between the biological immune system and the risk management system, in order to provide new ideas for risk management.
