山东省农村妇女参与经济的新困境及对策分析
Analysis of the New Dilemma and Countermeasures of Rural Women’s Participation in the Economy in Shandong Province

随着社会经济发展，越来越多的农村女性加入到工作中，农村女性的工作内容也不再局限于传统农业生产等活动。经研究发现，当前农村女性的工作内容主要包括云平台直播带货、餐饮业经营、智慧农业等。而农村女性在工作中面临的困境主要包括健康因素，家务劳动、子女教育、老人赡养等负担，工作岗位供大于求，年龄限制，知识水平限制等。当前山东省农村妇女参于经济活动时存在照料负担加重、身心健康问题、知识水平限制以及技术不足的问题。山东省妇联对此采取关爱健康、扶志扶智、送岗位以及汇集社会力量送关爱的措施帮助农村妇女走出困境，但在健康以及老年人照料方面需要加强。
With the social and economic development, more and more rural women have joined the work, and the work content of rural women is no longer limited to traditional agricultural production and other activities. After research, it is found that the current work content of rural women mainly includes cloud platform live streaming, catering industry management, smart agriculture, etc. The difficulties faced by rural women at work mainly include health factors, household labour, children’s education, elderly support and other burdens, job supply exceeding demand, age restrictions, knowledge level restrictions, etc. At present, when rural women in Shandong Province participate in economic activities, there are problems such as increased care burden, physical and mental health problems, limited knowledge level and insufficient skills. The Shandong Women’s Federation has taken measures to care for health, support wisdom, send jobs, and bring together social forces to help rural women get out of trouble, but it needs to be strengthened in terms of health and care for the elderly.
