仲景从虚论治痹证思想浅析
Analysis of Zhang Zhongjing’s Thought of Treating Arthromyodynia from Deficiency

痹证为人体正虚，外邪侵袭，经络痹阻，气血运行不畅引起筋骨关节疼痛，重着麻木，屈伸不利甚至关节变形的病证。张仲景承《黄帝内经》要义，深谙扶正祛邪治则。通过梳理《伤寒论》《金匮要略》有关痹证的条文，从营卫气血失调、脏腑虚损、阴阳失和三个角度探讨仲景从虚论治痹证的思想。
The arthromyodynia is a disease that the human body is weak, the external evil invades, the meridians are blocked, and the qi and blood are not running well, causing pain in the joints, heavy numbness, unfavorable flexion and extension, and even joint deformation. Zhang Zhongjing inherits the essence of Huangdi Neijing and is well-versed in the principle of strengthening the body and eliminating evil. By combing the provisions on arthromyodynia in Synopsis of Golden Chamber of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, this paper discusses Zhongjing’s thought of treating arthromyodynia from deficiency from three perspectives: imbalance of qi and blood between ying and wei, deficiency of viscera, and disharmony of yin and yang.
