略探《金匮要略》中医康复学的理论与思想
A Brief Exploration on the Theory and Ideology of Rehabilitation in Chinese Medicine in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

仲景所著的《金匮要略》有着方书之祖、医方之经的美誉，堪称治疗杂病的典范，临床实践的准绳。其不仅论述了内伤杂病的治则治法，而且大量阐述了丰富的中医康复内容。研究这一内容，有利于发挥我国传统医学的优势，促进当代中医康复学的发展。本文旨在略微探讨《金匮要略》中的“治未病”、“杂合以治”的康复思想以及丰富的药物、针灸、按摩等中医康复疗法，以期对中医康复的临床治疗提供重要指导意义。
Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, written by Zhong Jing, is known as the ancestor of prescription books and the classic of medical prescriptions. It can be regarded as the model of treating miscellaneous diseases and the criterion of clinical practice. It not only discusses the treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases, but also expounds the rich content of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation. To study this content will give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the development of contemporary traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation. The purpose of this paper is to slightly discuss the rehabilitation thoughts of “treating no disease” and “treating with hybrid” in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, as well as the rich TCM rehabilitation therapies such as drugs, acupuncture and massage, so as to provide important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of TCM rehabilitation.
