从中医经典理论品悟李云海教授治疗“怪咳”一隅
Understanding Professor Li Yunhai’s Treatment of “Strange Cough” from Classical Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

咳嗽既是临床常见病，也属于临床难治病，正如古人言“百病唯咳嗽难治”。见咳止咳者非上工所为，治咳之法当遵从经典、慎思明辨、详审病机、追本溯源、圆机活法，才能效如桴鼓，药到病除。笔者通过列举李云海教授治疗“怪咳”一隅，并从中医经典理论对该病例的病因病机、理法方药等进行总结分析，借此强调培养正确的中医临床思维在辨治疑难杂症中的重要作用以及中医经典理论的临床指导价值。
Cough is not only a common clinical disease, but also a clinical refractory disease, as the ancients said, “cough is the only disease.” Those who see cough and cough are not in the workplace. The method of treating cough should follow the classic, careful thinking, detailed examination of the pathogenesis, tracing the source, and rounding the machine, so as to be effective. By enumerating Professor Li Yunhai’s treatment of “strange cough”, and summarizing and analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis, principles, methods and prescriptions of the case from the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the author emphasizes the important role of cultivating correct clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of difficult and complicated diseases and the clinical guiding value of classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
