新媒体时代大学生对手机依赖的心理现状及改进路径
The Current Situation and Improvement Path of College Students’ Psychological Dependence on Mobile Phones in the New Media Era

新媒体创造了一个新时代，智能手机的广泛应用不仅带来了便利，也引发了大学生对手机的依赖心理，对大学生的身心健康造成一定影响。本文通过研究发现大学生对手机的依赖心理主要有三个表现：认知依赖、情感依赖和行为依赖；深入分析手机依赖心理对大学生产生的影响：减弱大学生的认知深度、加大负性情感体验，最后导致社会行为弱化；并针对大学生对手机依赖心理的表现及影响，提出了改进大学生手机依赖心理的三个路径：优化认知环境、消解负性情感，树立正确的态度取向、激发大学生的社会行动力。促使大学生树立正确观念，合理使用手机等新媒体，弘扬时代的主旋律，成为新时代现代化建设的主力军。
New media has created a new era. The wide application of smart phones not only brings convenience, but also causes the dependence of college students on mobile phones, which has a certain impact on their physical and mental health. Through research, this paper finds that college students’ dependence on mobile phones mainly has three manifestations: cognitive dependence, emotional dependence and behavioral dependence; In-depth analysis of the influence of mobile phone dependence on college students: weakening the cognitive depth of college students, increasing negative emotional experience, and finally leading to the weakening of social behavior. In view of the performance and influence of college students’ dependence on mobile phone, three ways to improve college students’ dependence on mobile phone are put forward: optimizing cognitive environment, dispelling negative emotion, setting up correct attitude orientation, and stimulating college students’ social action.
