国际合作视域下文化生态区保护再思考
Rethinking on the Protection of Cultural Ecological Areas from the Perspective of International Cooperation

文化生态保护区作为“非遗保护中国实践”的重要举措，是我国非物质文化遗产整体性保护的重大成就。随着全球一体化的加速，文化生态区的发展离不开国际交流与合作，中国非遗保护实践无论在实践层面还是在理论层面都为中国加入世界的全球化格局提供了绝佳的通道和平台，也为中国输入国际先进的非物质文化保护价值观提供了良好的契机，因此，有必要思考在国际环境下文化生态保护区的发展及总结当前文化生态保护区如何更好利用《保护非物质文化遗产公约》，加强国际联系，对我国文化生态保护区国际化问题进行探究。
As an important measure of “China’s practice of intangible cultural heritage protection”, the cultural and ecological protection area is a major achievement in the overall protection of intangible cultural heritage in my country. With the acceleration of global integration, the development of cultural and ecological districts is inseparable from international exchanges and cooperation. The practice of China’s intangible cultural heritage protection provides an excellent channel and opportunity for China to join the world’s globalization pattern, both in practice and in theory. The platform also provides a good opportunity for China to import international advanced intangible cultural protec-tion values. Therefore, it is necessary to think about the development of cultural and ecological protection areas in the international environment and summarize how current cultural and ecological protection areas can make better use of the “Protecting Intangible Cultural Protection” to strengthen international ties and explore the internationalization of Chinese cultural and ecological protection areas.
