Abstract:

目的:探讨线上线下混合式经典案例教学法在护生临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法:将2020年5月~2021年4月实习的123名护生作为对照组,采用传统教学法;2021年5月~2022年4月实习的128名护生作为观察组,采用线上线下混合式经典案例教学法。比较两组的理论成绩、综合能力评价、评判性思维能力及教学满意度。结果:观察组护生理论成绩(P < 0.001)、综合能力评价(P < 0.05)、评判性思维能力(P < 0.001)及教学满意度(P < 0.05)高于对照组,有统计学意义。结论:对护生采用线上线下混合式经典案例教学法有利于培养护生的临床综合能力和评判性思维能力,激发学习兴趣,提高护生理论成绩和教学满意度。
Purpose: To explore the application effect of online and offline hybrid classical case teaching method in clinical practice teaching of nursing students. Method: 123 nursing students who practiced from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the control group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted.128 nursing students who practiced from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group, and the combined online and offline classic case teaching method was adopted. The theoretical scores, comprehensive ability evaluation, critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: The theoretical scores (P < 0.001), comprehensive ability evaluation (P < 0.05), critical thinking ability (P < 0.001) and teaching satisfaction (P < 0.05) of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The combination of online and offline classical case teaching method for nursing students is beneficial to cultivate their clinical comprehensive ability and critical thinking ability, stimulate their learning interest, and improve their theoretical achievements and teaching satisfaction.
