肩撞击综合征相关诊疗研究进展

Abstract:
肩撞击综合征是康复医学科较为普遍的一种肩关节疾患,又称疼痛弧综合征,包括肩袖肌腱炎、肩关节滑囊炎等,最早由Neer于1972年提出并推行至今,它与我们所熟知的肩周炎不能混为一谈。因此要研究其相关发病机制、诊断标准以降低临床误诊率、规范其治疗手段。临床中,从事较多体力劳动者及参与过顶项目的运动员是SIS的高发人群。
Shoulder impingement syndrome is a common disease of shoulder joint in rehabilitation medicine also known as pain arcsyn drome including rotator cufftendinitis, shoulder joint bursitis, etc. was first proposed by Neer in 1972 and carried out until now, we are familiar with periarthritis of shoulder can not be conlumated. Therefore it is necessary to study its related pathogenesis and di-agnostic criteria to reduce the rate of clinical misdiagnosis and standardize its treatment. In clinical practice, SIS has a high incidencein athletes who are engaged in more manual labor and participat-ed in top sports.
