“一带一路”倡议推动下绿色金融互利合作的对策
Countermeasures for Mutually Beneficial Cooperation in Green Finance under the “The Belt and Road” Initiative

“一带一路”合作倡议自2013年由习近平总书记提出后已进入发展快车道。截至2022年5月，中国已与182个国家及国际组织签署文件200多份，贸易额累计达11.8亿美元。随着新一轮技术革命打响，全球能源绿色低碳化转型加快，日益提高的环境要求与传统粗放型经济发展模式相悖。如何在保证经济活力的同时，助力中国实现经济转型这一问题亟需解决。因此，本文利用博弈论提出了中国各银行推出多样绿色金融产品、教育上关注培养外语应用型外交人才、国家加大对“洗绿”企业的打击力度、明确企业污染评级以及进行相关绿色投资标准等战略，为“一带一路”下中国发展绿色金融提供新思路。
By May 2022, China has signed more than 200 documents with 182 countries and international organizations, with a total trade volume of 1.18 billion US dollars. With the start of a new round of technological revolution, the green and low-carbon transformation of global energy is accelerating, and the increasing environmental requirements contradict the traditional extensive economic development model. How to help China realize economic transformation while ensuring economic vitality is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this paper uses game theory to propose strategies for Chinese banks to launch various green financial products, focus on training foreign language applied diplomatic talents in education, increase the country’s efforts to crack down on “green washing” enterprises, clarify enterprise pollution ratings, and carry out relevant green investment standards, so as to provide new ideas for China’s development of green finance under the “the Belt and Road”.
