区域协同教研:仁寿县专兼职心理教师胜任力提升策略探究

Abstract:

中小学生的身心在飞速地发展变化,其对专业心理健康服务需求增加、要求提高,然而中小学专兼职心理健康教师总体专业水平和胜任能力较低,无法满足社会要求。仁寿县还存在着专兼职心理教师队伍配置不合理、心理教师专业性和胜任力不强、专业心理教师缺乏职业认同等一系列问题。基于区域协同教研理念,仁寿县为加强心理教师专业化发展,培养造就更具胜任力的心理教师,实施了一系列提升专兼职心理健康教师胜任力的措施,具体为:大力引进专业人才,完善心理教师队伍配置;实施区域协同教研,“1 + 8 + N”模式提升心育胜任力。
Primary and secondary school students’ bodies and minds are changing at a rapid pace, and their demand for professional mental health services has increased and demanded more, yet the overall professionalism and competence of full-time and part-time psychological health teachers in primary and secondary schools is low and cannot meet the requirements of society. There are also a series of problems in Renshou County, such as the unreasonable configuration of the full-time and part-time psychology teacher teams, the lack of professionalism and competence of psychology teachers, and the lack of professional identity of professional psychology teachers. Based on the concept of regional collaborative teaching and research, Renshou County has implemented a series of measures to enhance the competence of full-time and part-time psychological health teachers in order to strengthen the professional development of psychology teachers and create more competent psychology teachers, specifically, vigorously introducing professional talents to improve the configuration of psychology teachers; conducting regional collaborative teaching and research and implementing “1 + 8 + N” model to improve the competency of psychological teachers.
