社会工作参与城市保障性住房社区共同体构建的路径研究——基于柳州市两个保障性住房社区调研
Study on the Path of Social Work Participating in the Construction of Urban Affordable Housing Community —Based on Two Affordable Housing Communities Research in Liuzhou

近年来，中国保障性住房的建设正在以稳健的步伐提速发展，与此相随的是，保障性住房社区的不断增多。保障性住房社区也是社会工作参与社会治理的重要场域。城市保障性住房社区共同体建设作为住房保障这一民生工程的延伸，是低收入群体的民心所向，也是社区居民共同的愿景，是他们对美好生活的需要。文章基于柳州市两个保障性住房社区实地调研，结合保障性住房社区共同体构建的实践经验，试图运用社会工作专业的理论和方法探析社会工作参与城市保障性住房社区共同体构建的路径，以此为社区建设提供参考。
In recent years, the construction of affordable housing in China has accelerated at a steady pace, along with the growing number of affordable housing communities. Affordable housing community is also an important field for social work to participate in social governance. As an extension of the livelihood project of housing security, the construction of urban affordable housing community is the aspiration of the people of low-income groups. It is also the common vision of community residents and their need for a better life. Based on the field investigation of two affordable housing communities in Liuzhou City, combined with the practical experience in the construction of affordable housing community, this paper attempts to use the theories and methods of social work to explore the path of social work participating in the construction of urban affordable housing community, in order to provide a reference for community construction.
