老龄化加剧背景下农村留守老人心理健康问题探究

Abstract:
老龄化加剧已经成为不容忽视的时代问题，本文通过官方网站发布的人口数据报告简要地分析了中国人口老龄化现状及发展趋势，指出农村留守老人生活及心理健康状况的现状，在文献研究的基础上，分析了影响农村留守老人心理健康的因素，并给出应对农村留守老人心理健康问题的对策建议。国内许多学者都对此进行了相关的研究，但在心理学方面的研究甚少，因此对我国农村留守老人的心理健康状况进行研究，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
Aging intensification has become a problem of the times that cannot be ignored. This paper briefly analyzes the current situation and development trend of China’s aging population through the population data report released by the official website, points out the current situation of the life and mental health of the elderly left behind in rural areas, analyzes the factors affecting the mental health of the elderly left behind in rural areas on the basis of literature research, and gives countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the mental health of the elderly left behind in rural areas. Many domestic scholars have conducted relevant research on this issue, but there is little research in psychology, so it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the psychological health of the elderly left behind in rural areas in China.
