当今社会政治、经济和文化不断发展，科技不断进步，因此，现代社会竞争激烈、复杂多变，更加需要身体和心理都健康的高质量人才，心理健康状态将会影响青少年的学习、工作和生活。在这样的社会背景下，教育就显得尤为重要，这就要求青少年既要适应社会高速发展，也要提升心理承受的能力。本文通过分析家庭教育对青少年心理健康的影响，围绕为青少年构建良好成长环境，以及对其进行心理健康教育的举措，期望提高青少年的心理健康水平。
With the continuous development of social politics, economy and culture, and the continuous progress of science and technology, the modern society is highly competitive and complex, and needs high-quality talents with both physical and psychological health. The psychological health will affect the study, work and life of teenagers. In such a social context, education is particularly important, which requires teenagers to adapt to the rapid development of society, and also to improve their psychological endurance. By analyzing the impact of family education on the mental health of adolescents, this paper aims to improve the mental health level of adolescents by building a good growth environment for adolescents and taking measures to carry out mental health education for them.
