碳中和愿景下天津绿色生态屏障建设的价值意蕴

Abstract:
国家提出京津冀协同发展战略，生态屏障建设是推动京津冀协同发展的重要基础。天津市从京津冀协同发展的大生态、大环境、大系统着眼，以实际行动践行习近平生态文明思想，高标准建设京津冀东部绿色生态屏障建设。本文从天津绿色生态屏障建设项目的基本情况出发，介绍了天津绿色生态屏障建设项目的基本原则，分析了天津绿色生态屏障建设以来取得的成效和价值意蕴。
The state has proposed a coordinated development strategy for Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, and the construction of ecological barriers is an important foundation for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Based on the basic situation of Tianjin Green Ecological Barrier Construction Project, this article introduces the basic principles of Tianjin Green Ecological Barrier Construction Project, and analyzes the achievements and value implications of Tianjin Green Ecological Barrier Construction Project.
