延迟退休研究领域动态与热点分析——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的可视化分析
Dynamic and Hot Spot Analysis in the Field of Delayed Retirement Research—Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Graph

退休制度的发展与每一个劳动者的利益息息相关，本文章拟在中国知网数据库的基础上，运用文献计量学与知识图谱的方法，对2001~2022年的相关研究成果进行可视化分析，包括关键词分析、时间轴分析等，并以可视化的知识图谱与图表的方式，展示我国当前的研究课题、发展路径与研究热点，为延迟退休及相关研究领域提供一定的参考。结论：从论文发表时间上看，论文数量呈现周期性特征，先缓慢发展随后急剧增长最后波动减少；从科研团队来看，我国科研团队学术交流及合作密切；从关键词贡献图谱来看，退休年龄、养老保险、老龄化、弹性退休等关键词出现的频度较高；从学科前沿角度来看，“退休年龄”，“养老金”，“收支平衡”，“精算模型”，“预期寿命”，这些都是目前延迟退休的研究热点。
The development of retirement system is closely related to the interests of every worker. Based on the database of China National Knowledge Network, this paper intends to use the methods of bibliometrics and knowledge graph to make a visual analysis of relevant research results from 2000 to 2022, including keyword analysis, time axis analysis, etc., and use visual knowledge graph and chart to show the current research topics, development ways and hot spots. It provides some reference for delayed retirement and related research fields. Conclusion: From the perspective of the publication time of papers, the number of papers presents a cyclical feature, which first develops slowly, then increases sharply and finally decreases. From the perspective of research teams, Chinese research teams have close academic exchanges and cooperation. From the perspective of the keyword contribution graph, retirement age, endowment insurance, aging, flexible retirement and other keywords appear more frequently. From the perspective of discipline frontier, “retirement age”, “pension”, “balance of payments”, “actuarial model”, “life expectancy”, these are the current research hotspot of delayed retirement.
