基于CiteSpace的中国医养结合研究的可视化分析

为了深入了解中国医养结合领域的演变路径、研究热点及发展前沿，助力该领域的发展。运用CiteSpace软件对知网收录的2013~2022年医养结合方面的高质量文章进行可视化分析。研究发现，医养结合研究经历了萌芽、快速发展、稳定发展阶段。结果显示：该领域已经具有一些核心发文作者和研究机构，但彼此间合作较少。关注热点围绕医养结合、养老服务、老年人、养老机构、养老模式、健康养老、老龄化等词展开。医养结合对促进养老经济发展以及社会资源的利用具有重要意义。重点关注失能失智老人的养老护理，打破学科壁垒，促进“医”与“养”的资源整合是急需解决的问题。
In order to deeply understand the evolution path, research hotspot and development frontier of the field of integration of medicine and health care in China, to help the development of this field. CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the high-quality articles on the integration of medicine and health care from 2013 to 2022. It is found that the research on the integration of medicine and health care has experienced a stage of germination, rapid development and stable development. The field already has some core authors and research institutions, but less collaboration. The focus of attention revolves around the integration of medicine and health care, pension services, the elderly, pension institutions, pension model, health pension, aging and other words. The integration of medicine and health care is important to promote the economic development of elderly care and the utilization of social resources. Focusing on the elderly care for the disabled and the mentally handicapped, breaking down the barriers between disciplines and promoting the integration of resources between “medicine” and “health care” is an urgent problem to be solved.
