我国旅游产业上市公司运营效率分析
Analysis of Operation Efficiency of Listed Companies in China’s Tourism Industry

本文从旅游产业中选择30家上市企业对其进行DEA-BCC的静态分析和2019年至2021年的Malmquist动态分析。其结果表明，旅游产业上市公司运营效率良好，2019至2021年综合技术效率年均值分别为0.861、0.961、0.918。纯技术效率年均值分别为0.976、0.97、0.987。规模效率年均值分别为0.88、0.99、0.93。2019年至2021年技术效率变化均值为1.035；技术进步均值为0.993；纯技术效率进步均值为1.006；规模效率进步均值为1.029；全要素生产率均值为1.029。并根据测算结果，提出优化公司运营成本、提升科学管理水平及保障现金流安全这些建议，以提升旅游产业上市公司的运营效率。
This paper selects 30 listed enterprises from the tourism industry to carry out the static analysis of DEA-BCC and the Malmquist dynamic analysis from 2019 to 2021. The results show that the operating efficiency of the listed companies in the tourism industry is good, and the annual average of the comprehensive technical efficiency from 2019 to 2021 is 0.861, 0.961 and 0.918, respectively. The annual mean of pure technical efficiency was 0.976, 0.97 and 0.987, respectively. The annual mean of scale efficiency was 0.88, 0.99 and 0.93, respectively. The mean change of technical efficiency from 2019 to 2021 was 1.035; the mean of technological progress is 0.993; the mean of pure technical efficiency progress is 1.006; the mean of scale efficiency progress is 1.029; the mean of total factor productivity is 1.029. According to the calculation results, some suggestions are put forward to optimize the company’s operating cost, improve the scientific management level and ensure the safety of cash flow, so as to improve the operating efficiency of listed companies in the tourism industry.
