儿童肺炎支原体肺炎与肺炎链球菌肺炎的研究进展

Abstract:

肺炎支原体肺炎和肺炎链球菌肺炎均为儿童常见的社区获得性肺炎,临床表现多样,无明显特异性。肺炎支原体肺炎可引起重症肺炎支原体肺炎、难治性肺炎支原体肺炎,还可导致闭塞性支气管炎、坏死性肺炎等严重肺内并发症。肺炎链球菌肺炎除引起坏死性肺炎、肺脓肿等肺内并发症外,还可出现败血症、关节炎等表现,严重者甚至出现脓毒血症、感染性休克、呼吸衰竭等情况。本文就儿童肺炎支原体肺炎与肺炎链球菌肺炎的研究进展作一综述。
Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia are common com-munity-acquired pneumonia in children, with variable clinical manifestations and no obvious speci-ficity. Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can cause severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia bronchiolitis obliterans, necrotizing pneumonia and other serious pulmonary complications. In ad-dition to causing pulmonary complications such as Necrotizing pneumonia and lung abscess, Strep-tococcus pneumoniae pneumonia can also cause sepsis, arthritis and other symptoms, and even sepsis, septic shock, respiratory failure and other conditions in severe cases. This article reviews the research progress of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumo-nia in children.
