Relying on the achievement of modern smart supply chain construction, deepening supply chain operation has become the focus of the company at this stage, promoting the implementation of the company’s supply chain digital transformation strategy. This paper analyses business requirements of material fulfillment and conducts relevant theoretical analysis to build a statistical analysis model of supply chain core business, which helps improve the problem-solving ability of supply chain operation. Besides, building supply chain compliance risk monitoring mechanism to strengthen the capacity of supply chain compliance risk prevention and control, which continuously promotes the intelligent development of supply chain operations.
