学校体育与健康教育教学研究

Abstract:
基于当前体育与健康教学现状及存在的问题,探索体育与健康教育的有效途径,为提高体育与健康教育教学质量提供参考。本文运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以中小学体育与健康教学为研究对象,对体育与健康教学目标的重要作用、体育教学规范与教学目标及教学重点的选择、健康教育的实施途径等方面进行了分析,研究结论认为:1) 在科学制订体育教学目标方面,应避免教学目标的泛化与虚化现象,加强教学目标与教学内容的深度融合,切实保障体育与健康教学目标的达成;2) 在体育教学时不能过于注重课程结构三个部分,忽视教学重点与教学目标,应结合实际情况灵活运用;3) 健康教育应结合其他学科协同配合,明确健康教育职责,构建教学体系,不断推进学校体育与健康教育教学改革。
Based on the current situation and existing problems of physical education and health education, this paper explores the effective ways of physical education and health education, and provides reference for improving the teaching quality of physical education and health education. By using the methods of literature, comparative analysis, logical analysis and other research methods, taking physical education and health teaching in primary and secondary schools as the research object, this paper analyzes the important role of physical education and health teaching objectives, the selection of physical education norms and teaching objectives and teaching priorities, and the implementation of health education. The research conclusions are as follows: 1) In the scientific formulation of physical education objectives, we should avoid the generalization and virtualization of teaching objectives, strengthen the deep integration of teaching objectives and teaching contents, and effectively ensure the achievement of sports and health teaching objectives; 2) In PE teaching, we should not pay too much attention to the three parts of the curriculum structure, ignore the teaching focus and teaching objectives, and use them flexibly according to the actual situation; 3) Health education should be coordinated with other disciplines, clarify the responsibilities of health education, build a teaching system, and constantly promote the reform of school physical education and health education.
