电网企业工程项目经理履约协同能力提升方案应用研究

Abstract:
本文针对项目工程经理在操作环节中所遇到的种种问题,从电力供应链管理现状和特点出发,结合供应链管理理念和技术发展趋势,参考相关行业、相关领域的最佳实践,围绕数字化建设、网络化协同、智能化管理三个方面,充分发挥“智”技术与业务融合发展的重要性,并通过新技术应用改变业务运作模式。
This article aims at various problems encountered by the project manager during the operation. Starting from the current situation and characteristics of the power supply chain management, combining with the supply chain management concept and technology development trend, referring to the best practices of relevant industries and fields, centering on three aspects of digital construction, networked collaboration and intelligent management, giving full play to the importance of “intelligent” technology and business integration development, also changing business operation mode through new technology applications.
