社会支持理论视角下丧偶老人的养老问题研究
Research on the Pension Problem of the Widowed Elderly from the Perspective of Social Support Theory

我国已经进入人口老龄化社会，丧偶老人作为老年人中的特殊群体，社会中的弱势群体，他们的养老问题成为了社会发展所需要关注的焦点问题。近年来丧偶老人的养老问题日益严峻，从过去的单一家庭养老逐渐转变为多方力量参与，社会养老逐渐成为了我国主流养老价值观。本文立足于社会支持理论，针对丧偶老人的养老问题进行研究。首先，梳理明确丧偶老人所面临的问题和他们所存在的心理困境。从实际问题入手，在明确问题的基础上针对性的提出解决对策，促使多方力量介入，帮助丧偶老人解决养老问题，关注丧偶老人的精神层面，帮助他们走出困境，享受美好的老年生活。
China has entered an aging society, and as a special group of the elderly and a disadvantaged group in society, the elderly widowed people have become the focus of attention under social development. In recent years, the aging problem of widowed elderly is becoming more and more serious, from single family aging in the past to the participation of multiple forces, social aging has gradually become the mainstream aging values in China. Based on the social support theory, this paper re-searches the problem of elderly widowers. Firstly, the problems faced by the bereaved elderly and their psychological difficulties are clarified. Starting from the actual problems, we propose targeted countermeasures on the basis of clear problems, so that multiple forces can join in to help the be-reaved elderly to solve their old-age problems, pay attention to the spiritual aspects of the bereaved elderly, and help them to get out of their difficulties and enjoy a good old age.
