安顺市开发区城区小学阳光体育大课间开展现状及对策
Current Situation and Countermeasures of Sunshine Sports Recess in Primary Schools in Development Zone of Anshun City

增强学生体质、增进学生健康是开展阳光体育活动的基本目的，也是保证学生健康成长的必要条件。本文通过逻辑分析法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查等方法，对安顺市开发区城区小学大课间的活动场地器材设施、开展内容、组织形式、活动时间，学生的动机、兴趣、态度、认知情况及学校教师的态度、重视情况等方面进行探讨及研究，总结出安顺市开发区城区小学大课间体育活动当前发展的现状及存在的原因，给出相应的建议及解决的办法，为以后小学阳光体育大课间活动提供了参考的依据。
Enhancing students’ physical fitness and improving students’ health is the basic purpose of carrying out sunshine sports activities, and it is also a necessary condition to ensure the healthy growth of students. This paper uses logical analysis, literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods to analyze the activity venues, equipment, content, organization form, activity time, students’ motivation, interest, attitude, cognition and school teachers’ attitude and emphasis are discussed and studied, and the current development status and reasons for the development of urban primary and large break-time sports activities in the urban development zone of Anshun City are summarized, and corresponding suggestions and solutions are given. The method provided a basis for reference for the after-class activities of elementary school Sunshine Sports.
