浅析我国高等教育法规的完善

当今社会，人们愈发体会到教育对整个人生的重要作用，随着人们重视程度的提高，源源不断的高学历人才被培养出来。但是随着学术诚信问题的不断出现，授予学位后被撤销的案件也层出不穷，由于撤销学位引起的一系列法律问题也引起人们的重视。为能更好地管理高学历人才，并根据法律相关规定在高等院校维持良好学术氛围以及正常秩序，因此，在我国建立高等教育法律制度体系，完善学位法律制度是势在必行的。
In today’s society, people increasingly appreciate the important role of education in the whole life, and with the increase of people’s attention, a constant stream of talents with high education is cultivated. However, with the emergence of academic integrity problems, cases of revocation after the awarding of degrees have emerged, and a series of legal problems caused by the revocation of degrees have also attracted people’s attention. In order to better manage the highly educated talents and maintain a good academic atmosphere and normal order in higher education institutions according to the relevant laws, it is imperative to establish the legal system of higher education in China and improve the legal system of degrees.
