Electric engineering has been playing a decisive strategic role in the process of economic construc-tion. It is the link of national and regional energy transmission and distribution. However, with the promotion of power system reform, along with the gradual opening of the power construction market, the development of electric power companies needs to rely more on their own strength to achieve considerable development. At this moment, the integrating ability of enterprise, especially the performance ability has become the key to restricting the survival and development of enterprises after the marketization of electric power engineering.
