“一带一路”背景下我国企业对中南半岛投资的劳动法风险研究

中南半岛国家作为“一带一路”沿线国和东盟重要成员国，我国企业对其投资的规模在“一带一路”的背景下大幅增加，若在投资的过程当中缺少对东道国劳动法律法规的认识，很容易发生侵犯劳工合法权益、违反劳工输入规定、罢工等劳动法律风险，因此有必要对企业投资的劳工法律风险进行分析并及时做出有效的防范措施。
Indochina countries as “area” all the way along the important countries and ASEAN member countries, the scale of the enterprise to its investment in China under the background of “area” is increased, if in the process of investment lack of understanding of the host country labor laws and regulations, infringement of workers’ legitimate rights and interests are likely to happen, in violation of the provisions of the labor input, strike and other labor legal risks. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the labor legal risk of enterprise investment and make effective preventive measures in time.
