基于康复治疗师分类调整的在校生的心理和就业规划变动研究
Based on the Adjustment of Occupational Classification of Rehabilitation Therapists, the Psychological and Employment Planning Changes of Students in School

目的：在职业新分类公示背景下，了解康复治疗学在校生的心态与未来规划的变化情况，为推进国内康复医学持续高质量发展提供应对建议。方法：通过线上调查问卷分发，对广州市普通高等院校在校生进行调查，调查时限为2022年8月~2022年9月。结果：共发出问卷198份，剔除无效问卷、问卷中存在填答内容明显不合理或填答时间过短的问卷后，共得到有效问卷168份，问卷有效率为92.31%。在康复治疗师分类调整后，91.67%的在校生产生了负面心理，9.52%的在校生达到中度甚至重度焦虑。结论：康复治疗师分类调整后对大部分在校生产生了负面心理影响，并在一定程度上影响了其就业规划。未来应健全康复教育体系，发挥政府与行业智库的作用，在预防、治疗、康复的完整周期内加重头尾端。
Objective: To understand the changes in the psychology and future planning of the students in this major under the new occupational classification publicity, and provide suggestions for promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of rehabilitation medicine in China. Methods: Through the distribution of online questionnaires, the survey was conducted among the students in Guangzhou’s general colleges and universities. The survey period was from August 2022 to September 2022. Results: A total of 198 questionnaires were sent out, and 168 valid questionnaires were obtained after eliminating invalid questionnaires, questionnaires with obviously unreasonable filling contents or short filling time. The effective rate of the questionnaire was 92.31%. After the adjustment of the classification of rehabilitation therapists, 91.67% of the school students had negative psychology, and 9.52% of the school students had moderate or even severe anxiety. Conclusion: The adjustment of the classification of rehabilitation therapists has a negative psychological impact on the majority of students in school, and to a certain extent has affected their employment planning. In the future, we should improve the rehabilitation education system, give full play to the role of the government and industry think tanks, and focus on the whole cycle of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.
