基于内燃机余热深度利用的吸收式制冷系统性能分析

Abstract:

本文建立了基于内燃机余热深度利用吸收式制冷系统模型,对比了有无缸套水余热利用系统间的差异性,探究了烟气与缸套水进口温度和流量变化对系统性能的影响。结果表明,通过对烟气和缸套水的梯级利用,系统实现更高的制冷量,但制冷系数更小,制冷量随着烟气与缸套水进口温度与流量升高而增大,制冷系数随着烟气进口温度与流量升高而迅速增大并逐渐平稳,随着缸套水进口温度与流量升高而减小。烟气–热水型系统模拟研究为吸收式制冷机组余热利用技术提供新的思路与数据支撑。
In this paper, an absorption refrigeration system model based on the deep utilization of waste heat of an internal combustion engine was established. The differences between the systems with and without cylinder liner water were compared, and the effects of temperature and flow at the inlet of flue gas and cylinder liner water on the system performance were investigated. The results show that by using the flue gas and liner water step by step, the system achieves a higher cooling capacity, but the coefficient of performance (COP) is smaller. The cooling capacity increases with the increase of the inlet temperature and flow of flue gas and liner water, the COP increases rapidly with the in-crease of flue gas inlet temperature and flow and gradually becomes stable, and the COP decreases with the increase of the inlet temperature and flow of liner water. The simulation study of flue gas-hot water type system provides a new idea and data support for waste heat utilization technol-ogy of absorption refrigeration units.
