Abstract:

本文借鉴通用的碳排放核算方法,在对供电公司供应链管理全面摸排的基础上,设计碳排放核算工作,完整构建了一套适用供电公司供应链专业的碳排放核算模型,通过识别排放源、编制核算清单、锁定排放因子、核算碳排量等步骤,为碳排放核算提供了清晰的方法和路径,通过分析供电公司供应链的碳排放水平,归纳出目前供电公司供应链碳管理存在的痛点,梳理出供应链碳减排重点环节,识别排放行为与影响因素,引入多种减排管理理念与技术手段,制定适用供电公司供应链减排的关键举措,促进供电公司供应链绿色发展。
The paper base on the general carbon emission accounting method and the comprehensive arrangement of supply chain management of power supply companies, designs the carbon emission accounting work, and constructs a complete set of carbon emission accounting model suitable for the supply chain specialty of power supply companies. Through identifying emission sources, compiling accounting lists, the paper lock emission factors and accounting carbon emissions, we provide a clear methodology and pathway for accounting for carbon emissions. By analyzing the carbon emission level of the supply chain of power supply companies, the pain points of carbon management in the supply chain of power supply companies are summarized, the key links of carbon emission reduction in the supply chain are sorted out, the emission behavior and influencing factors are identified, a variety of emission reduction management concepts and technologies are introduced, and key initiatives to reduce emissions in the supply chain of applicable power supply companies are developed. We promote the green development of the supply chain of power supply companies.
