我国体育仲裁救济机制刍议
My Humble Opinion on the Relief System of Sports Arbitration

为完善体育仲裁裁决后当事人救济、使得体育仲裁制度更好运转、维护体育事业健康长久发展，对现存体育仲裁制度救济问题予以分析，并结合国内与域外相关制度进行借鉴，通过研究得出现存规则下的救济问题以及不同制度下的救济机制启示，提出建议增设通知重新仲裁与撤销仲裁裁决的事由、区分案件适用一裁终局以及设立体育仲裁上诉庭来完善与构思体育仲裁裁决后的救济机制。
In order to improve the relief of the parties after the sports arbitration award, make the sports arbitration system work better, and maintain the healthy and long-term development of the sports industry, this paper analyzes the relief problems of the existing sports arbitration system, and draws inspiration from the research on the relief problems under the existing rules and relief mechanisms under different systems by combining the relevant domestic and foreign systems. Some suggestions are put forward to add the cause of rearbitration and revocation of arbitration award, to distinguish cases applying one final award, and to set up sports arbitration appeal court to perfect and construct the relief mechanism after sports arbitration award.
