大学中的信任及其培育研究
Research on Trust and Its Cultivation in Universities

大学是一个学术共同体，同时也是道德共同体与信任共同体，信任作为最重要的社会资本对大学师生的团结与凝聚、大学的创新与发展以及大学的良性运转等方面起到非常重要的作用。然而，当今大学的信任正在受到来自“后伦理时代”、网络时代、市场经济、城市化、高校大众化等方面的消解，同时，大学的信任还受到人们的认知及制度原因等方面的消解。可以通过培育信任文化、提升教师道德、完善制度建构及加强信任教育几方面走出大学中信任的困境。
University is an academic community, as well as a moral community and a trust community. Trust, as the most important social capital, plays a very important role in the unity and cohesion of university teachers and students, the innovation and development of universities, and the benign operation of universities. However, today’s university trust is being dispelled from the “post-ethical era”, network age, market economy, urbanization, popularization of colleges and universities, etc. At the same time, the university’s trust is also dispelled by people’s cognition and institutional reasons. We can get out of the dilemma of trust in universities by cultivating trust culture, improving teachers’ morality, perfecting system construction and strengthening trust education.
