我国幼儿园教师“国培计划”实施进展与反思——基于教师培训发展视角
Progress and Reflection on the Implementation of “National Training Plan” for Kindergarten Teachers in China—From the Perspective of Teacher Training Development

历时三个阶段、经过十余年发展，我国幼儿园教师“国培计划”有力推动了学前师资队伍建设，促进了参训幼儿园教师的专业发展，在教师培训改革和幼儿园教师专业发展方面取得了重大成就；未来，幼儿园教师“国培计划”还需继续进一步完善顶层设计，支持国培计划转型，激发教师专业自主，加强培训理论研究，构建本土方案。
After three stages and more than ten years of development, the “national training plan” for kindergarten teachers in China has greatly promoted the construction of preschool teachers, promoted the professional development of kindergarten teachers, and made great achievements in the reform of teacher training and the professional development of kindergarten teachers. The “national training plan” for kindergarten teachers needs to further improve the top-level design, support the transformation of the national training plan, stimulate teachers’ professional autonomy, strengthen the theoretical research on training, and construct local programs.
