写作导向的言传身教——“教师下水”的理论及实践研究

Abstract:
“教师下水”的主张自提出起经历了60年的时光,在众多学界大家和一线教师的论证敦促下,始终收效甚微。本文旨在以叶圣陶先生的“教师下水说”为引子,结合当下教师与教材的现状分析“教师下水”效果不佳的内在原因,直面教师的怠惰情绪与畏难心理,并从学生角度的学习理论来论证“教师下水”的合理性,并相对应地提出行为建议。
The idea of “teacher modeling writing” has gone through 60 years since it was proposed, and it has always had little effect under the arguments of many academics and front-line teachers. This paper aims to take Mr. Ye Shengtao’s “Theory of Teacher Modeling Writing” as the introduction, analyze the internal reasons for the poor effect of “teacher modeling writing” based on the current situation of teachers and teaching materials, face up to teachers’ laziness and fear of difficulties, and demonstrate the rationality of “teacher modeling writing” from the perspective of students’ learning theory, and put forward behavior suggestions accordingly.
