基于物联网的某型全动模拟机减速板故障监控

Abstract:
为了维护人员对某型全动模拟机自动减速板无法伸出故障进行排故分析,本文设计了基于电流传感器的物联网在线监控系统。该系统实时监控速度制动作动器的工作电流,并将监测数据通过互联网传输到云服务器,最后将运行状态显示在WEB页面。通过此系统,维护人员能实时掌握自动减速板的工作状态,及时进行预防性维护和纠错性维护工作。
In order to analysis and solve the fault that the auto speed brake cannot extend out for a certain type Full Flight Simulator, an online monitoring system of the Internet of Things based on current sensor is designed in this paper. The system monitors the working current of the speed brake actuator in real time and transmits the detected working current to the cloud server through the Internet. Finally, the running status will be displayed on the WEB page. Through this system, the maintenance personnel can grasp the working status of the auto speed brake in real time and do preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work timely.
