论在自主游戏中幼儿学习品质的培养研究

Abstract:
学习品质概念自美国提出以来,逐渐成为了学前教育领域的研究热点之一。人们对幼儿的关注也逐渐从知识和技能的获得转变为良好学习品质的习得,主要包括有积极主动、认真专注、乐于想象与创造等。幼儿园提倡以游戏为中心,让幼儿在一系列的游戏活动中使得身体、心理以及社会适应性等方面得到有益发展。而作为最能体现幼儿游戏精神的自主游戏,自然也承担着重要的育人功能。在自主游戏中,幼儿主动性、创造性和坚持性等方面能够得到充分发展。因此,文章从“自主游戏”和“学习品质”的概念辨析出发,厘清在自主游戏中培养幼儿学习品质的现实意义,分析目前开展的现状,最后从现实角度出发提出自主游戏中培养幼儿学习品质的针对性策略。
Since the concept of learning quality was put forward in the United States, it has gradually become one of the research hotspots in the field of preschool education. People’s attention to children has gradually changed from the acquisition of knowledge and skills to the acquisition of good learning qualities, including initiative, serious focus, willingness to imagine and create, etc. The kindergarten advocates playing as the center, so that children can get beneficial development in physical, psychological and social adaptability through a series of game activities. As the best reflection of children’s game spirit of independent games, naturally also assume the important function of education. In autonomous games, children’s initiative, creativity and persistence can be fully developed. Therefore, starting from the concept discrimination of “independent games” and “learning quality”, this paper clarifies the practical significance of cultivating children’s learning quality in independent games, analyzes the current situation, and finally puts forward targeted strategies for cultivating children’s learning quality in independent games from a realistic perspective.
