关于上海市法治化营商环境建设的优化策略
Optimization Strategy for the Construction of Legalized Business Environment in Shanghai

目前全球经济动荡，我国也面临巨大的经济风险与挑战，在此情形下营商环境便成为经济复苏发展的重要一环。本文以上海市为例，总结分析上海营商环境法治建设过程中呈现出的一些困境，提出营商环境的法治化建设可以保障市场经济平稳运行，从而推动我国社会主义市场经济体制的发展。因此，本文针对上海区域经济的发展特点提出构建具有地方特色的法治化营商环境的对策，为推动上海经济高质量发展提出浅薄的建议。
At present, the global economy is in turmoil and China is faced with huge economic risks and challenges. Under such circumstances, the business environment has become an important part of economic recovery and development. Taking Shanghai as an example, this paper summarizes and analyzes some difficulties in the process of building the business environment by law in Shanghai, and points out that the building of the business environment by law can guarantee the smooth operation of the market economy and promote the development of our socialist market economy system. Therefore, according to the development characteristics of Shanghai’s regional economy, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing a business environment governed by law with local characteristics, and puts forward shallow suggestions for promoting the high quality development of Shanghai’s economy.
