中医药治疗慢性支气管炎的研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

慢性支气管炎(简称“慢支”)是常见病，具有发病慢、病史长、病情易反复等典型特点。中医药疗法是治疗该病的理想方法，尤其适宜在经济欠发达地区推广，在近年来广受关注。文章综述了慢支的中药内治法和外治法，发现传统验方仍是中药内治的主要方法，在此基础上继续强化机制性探索并推广分型辨治疗法，取得了理想疗效。内治法中，穴位敷贴法和热敏法由于患者易接受、经济成本低，较西医方法往往能获得更高的治疗效果和保证安全性，且特别适宜于经济落后地区推广应用。最后，提出了慢支中医药疗法的主要问题及解决办法。
Chronic bronchitis is a common disease with typical characteristics of slow onset, long history of disease, and easy recurrence. Traditional Chinese medicine therapy is an ideal method for the treatment of this disease, especially suitable for promotion in economically underdeveloped areas, and has been widely concerned in recent years. This paper reviewed the internal and external treatment of chronic bronchitis with traditional Chinese medicine, and found that the traditional prescription was still the main method of internal treatment. On this basis, it continued to strengthen the mechanism exploration and promote the differentiation and treatment of different types, and achieved ideal results. Among the internal treatment methods, the acupoint application method and thermo-sensitive method can often obtain higher therapeutic effect and ensure safety than the western medicine method due to their easy acceptance by patients and low economic cost, and are especially suitable for promotion and application in economically backward areas. Finally, the main problems and solutions of the treatment of chronic bronchitis with traditional Chinese medicine are put forward.
